Syncreate: A marketplace for creatives to showcase their art, connect, and create together.
Purple, as a symbol for creativity and community, was chosen to anchor the palette. A chalkboard font was used to further convey the collaborative purpose.

Identify, categorize, and evaluate our direct and indirect competitors. Highlight strengths and weaknesses of each company’s feature set, pricing models, advertising, content strategy, and more.

Where can our product excel?
Offer unique solutions to the main problems that our competitors do not address. Alternatively, solve an overlapping problem more creatively and effectively than others.
UX Research
Establish a research plan to provide insight for the design process. Different tools and strategies used depending on the context and stage of the product, always creating a site map to organize content and layout information architecture.
For Syncreate, five User Personas were generated to represent each critical market segmentation.
Customer Journeys
A visual storyline of each interaction a customer has with the product. Visualize the touch points, pain points, and strategize improvements to the overall customer experience. Invaluable for keeping the user as the center of gravity for the brand.
Prototyping
iOS, Android, Web
Simulating the future product’s interactions, gauging the usability and value of the app or website. Prototyping in all phases of design, before development and implementation.
Usability Testing
Gathering Usability Data and conducting research at all stages of the process and for continued maintenance of the product. Making sure the customer has the smoothest experience possible.
Use of Lookback, Maze.co, and Google Analytics to conduct remote testing and measure usage statistics.
Handoff or Launch
I have worked with iOS and Android developers for app development and I create responsive designs for web and mobile with Webflow.
Build pattern libraries, provide design annotations for specs and maintain strong communication with devs.
Music Composition
At Ethereal Flux, I’ve composed and produced music for product demonstration videos, promotional campaigns, app store videos, short films, nature footage, and artists.
Creating the cover art for my debut album was my bridge into the design world. Both disciplines share many parallels, despite operating in unique domains.
